Registering an Account for Strata Portal
STRATA LOT OWNERS
To register an account for strata portal follow these steps:
Your account registration is initiated by your Strata Manager using their Strata system, so you must first get in touch with your agency and ask them to activate your strata portal account.
You'll then receive an email from your strata manager via Strata Portal with details of your username and password, and a link to activate your account.
If you don't receive it within 2 hours, check your Spam mailbox and please ensure strataportal.rpdata.com is added to your safe senders list.
Click on the link in the email, login with your username and password and agree to the Terms and Conditions for accessing Strata Portal.
STRATA MANAGERS
Activating your Account
You must be a current RP Strata customer, and be running the latest version of the software. If you are using an older version, you will need to upgrade and then activate your portal account. Please contact RP Data Support if you require assistance.
You will receive an email from Strata Portal with details of your username and password, and a link to activate your account.
Click on the link in the email, login with your usename and password and agree to the Terms and Conditions for accessing Strata Portal.
Once you have activated your account, you will be able to activate access for your strata owners.
